- Don’t fear change. Embrace it. Leverage it. There’s no alternative. It’s coming. Like a tsunami.
- We are in the beginning of the Technological Revolution.
- All revolutions are disruptive. Especially the beginnings.
- They all require adaptation. Darwin said, “It’s not the strongest or most intelligent that survive. It’s those most capable of adaptation.”
- The Technological Revolution will change life — in unprecedented ways. It won’t be like other revolutions. It will be far more disruptive.
- In 5 to 10 years machines will be as capable as we are — “the Singularly”. Stephen Hawking said this would be the, “Greatest event in human history.” It will have a profound effect in every area of human endeavor.
- In 20 years, Ray Kurzweil, Head of AI for Google, says AI will be, “A billion times more capable than the human brain.”
- These advances in technology will occur at an ever increasing rate. Which means that society will change at an ever increasing rate. Massive changes, and new discoveries, will occur in compressed timeframes, with increasing frequency.
- We’re seeing significant disruptions already. Here. In Russia/Ukraine, China/Taiwan, North Korea, Iran, Saudi Arabia, India, Japan, Germany, Great Britain, France, Italy…
